The CREDA Edmonton Developing Leader’s are excited to announce the 2026 Mentorship Program Launch Event!

This evening is designed to connect developing professionals with leaders from across Edmonton’s commercial real estate community.

At the Launch Event, you’ll:

✅ Meet prospective mentors over food and drinks in a welcoming and relaxed setting.

✅ Learn about their career journeys and areas of expertise.

✅ Discover how mentorship can support your growth and guide your career aspirations.

✅ Enjoy exclusive early access to mentor registration. Register on-site before public registration opens.

How to Register as a Mentee:

✔️ Register at the Launch Event or wait for the registration email or public registration page to go live.

✔️ Select a maximum of 2 mentors. You will be matched with a minimum of 1 mentor depending on demand

✔️ An introduction email will be sent to you and your mentor, but it is your responsibility as a mentee to schedule a date for your meeting!

✔️ Included with your place in the program is a dedicated mentorship preparation session with Humanis Executive Search exclusively for CREDA Developing Leaders mentees.

Before meeting your mentor, they will help you think through what you want from the relationship, where you’d most value their perspective, and the questions that can lead to meaningful conversations. The goal is simple: to help you arrive at your first mentor meeting prepared, intentional, and ready to make the most of your time with a senior leader. Most mentorship programs leave that to chance. Ours does not.
